GREAT IDEAS FOR QUICK MEALS!
I'm not sure what size mug they used but most recipes make more than one cup mugs. And many is made with canned foods. What about the left overs.. most would be easier making the stove for multi mugs..just not worth it to me..

Nice selection of easy recipes. They are clever and perfect for the cooking and baking I am sharing with my young granddaughters.
I love mug recipes. A good collection of recipes for all day long. You get only one or two portions and don't have to store the extra servings, Some unusual recipes that sound yummy.
Author Ada Watson has written a fairly decent cookbook filled with many delicious sounding recipes. Unfortunately you will find some minor formatting issues in the recipe directions in particular. Some of the recipes you will find include
Mac-N-Cheese
Chicken and broccoli (as written in the cookbook)
Baked Potato
Egg Sandwich
Strawberry Short cake (as written in cookbook)
Mug Burrito
There is an interactive table of contents making navigation easy.
